My name is Kai Li, I work for Revolve. I'm SVP at revolve. I'm responsible for international. We’ve been working with Reach for the last eight years. Revolve is a Los Angeles based online fashion retailer.
I think the best way to describe it is that Reach is an extension of my team. I run international. We cut across all different functional areas, so it is not possible for us to hire people in each function. So Reach really acts as an extension of my team. They help us to improve our authorization rates over time.
We have ten return centers around the world.
So we have one in Australia. We have one in Dubai. We want to pay, you know, first mile logistic costs in Australia to Australian Post. And that's going to be Australian dollars. And during that process are you going to lose FX. Let's say you pay 1% right. There's a fee to it. And then when you get money back from your payment provider, they're going to settle from local currency to your U.S. dollars or whatever.
